If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide us, mainly through the inquiry form. These include: name, surname, email, telephone, delivery addresses, billing addresses, company name, ID number, ordered goods, order notes, and other information related to your purchases with us.

We will contact you through them for further agreement on the delivery of goods. The information also serves to facilitate future purchases and identify your customer account.

This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR - negotiations on a contract, or the execution of measures before the conclusion of a contract upon your request.

If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 10 years from our last communication, your last purchase, or interaction with your customer account.
1.2 Processing of personal data in case of purchase
If you shop with us, we will work with the data you provide to us. These mainly include billing details: name, surname, email, phone number, delivery addresses, billing addresses, company name, ID number, ordered goods, order notes, and other information related to your purchases with us.
Why we process information
Personal data is necessary for us to process in order to fulfill our contract - to deliver our goods and related services to you. We will also communicate with you through the contact information regarding the status of your order, possible complaints, or your questions.
Personal data will continue to be processed to fulfill our obligations derived from the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, for handling complaints and other legal requirements related to your order).

Your data will stay with us. However, some companies or individuals who help us run our e-shop will have access to the data. They are:

In our society, we do not have a designated data protection officer.
In our society, decision-making is not based on automatic processing or profiling.
